Social at Main is a upscale intimate event space located on 1 W Commerce Street in historic Smyrna Delaware. Our venue offers an upscale design, luxurious decor, bluetooth surround sound system, multiple Tv's, and a beautiful floral photo-op wall that is sure to be a hit for your next event.

Are tablecloths included?Tablecloths are included exclusively with our Platinum Package, or they can be added as an optional add-on. The cost for tablecloths is $12 each for round and rectangular tables, and $7 each for cocktail tables.

How many bathrooms?The venue includes one luxurious unisex bathroom for your guests' convenience.

Are tables included?Yes, every event package includes the option of round tables, each seating 8 guests, or rectangular tables that also accommodate 8 guests. Additionally, up to 3 cocktail tables are available upon request.

Will I receive time for decorating?Yes, all of our packages include both setup and breakdown time. For instance, with our Gold Package, you’ll have a total of 6 hours for your event. The allocation of time for decorating, as well as for breaking down and restoring the venue to its original condition, is at your discretion. We recommend planning accordingly to ensure everything runs smoothly

What is the capacity of the venue?Our venue hold 60 sit down guest or 70 standing room.

What are the venue rental hours?The venue can be rented as early at 9am and as late at 11pm

Is there a deposit required to secure the booking?Yes there is a $300 non refundable deposit.

Are there any restrictions on decor?No attaching anything to the walls, no open flames and no use of glitter.

Can we play our own music or hire a DJ?Yes, we have a bluetooth system connected to 2 15" JBL Eon Speakers. If you hire a Dj he/she can plug in to system. We also have a in-house Dj.

Are outside vendors allowed?Yes, outside vendors are welcome, but they must carry liability insurance.

Can I bring in outside food and beverages?Yes, outside food and beverages are permitted. We can also provide a list of preferred vendors upon request.
